Engine Leveler

Core Design & Structure:

Adjustable Balance Bar: The main body is a robust steel beam with a sliding central bracket, which can be locked into position to fine-tune the center of gravity of the load. This ensures the engine remains perfectly horizontal during lifting.

Dual Chain & Hook System: Equipped with two heavy-duty metal chains and hooks , the tool securely attaches to engine mounting points. The chains can be adjusted in length to accommodate various engine sizes and configurations.

Crank Handle: A side-mounted crank handle allows smooth, controlled adjustment of the sliding bracket, enabling precise load balancing without sudden shifts.

Material & Durability:

Constructed from high-strength carbon steel with a corrosion-resistant red paint finish, the leveler withstands heavy loads and harsh workshop conditions. All components are precision-machined for smooth operation and long-term durability.

Safety Features:

The sliding bracket includes a locking pin to secure its position once balanced, preventing accidental movement during lifting.

The chains and hooks are rated for high load capacity, with safety latches to prevent accidental disengagement.

Applications:

Primarily used with engine hoists  to balance car, truck, and SUV engines during removal or installation. It is also suitable for lifting other heavy, irregularly shaped machinery where precise balance is critical.
