Manual crimping machine for hydraulic hoses

Made of forged high-tensile alloy steel, the thickened crimping cylinder withstands high hydraulic pressure without deformation. It is matched with interchangeable segmented dies to fit hydraulic hoses of different sizes. The full-circle uniform compression ensures tight bonding between hoses and fittings to avoid oil leakage.

Manual Hydraulic Pump AssemblyEquipped with a long operating handle for labor-saving pressure generation. A built-in pressure gauge displays real-time hydraulic pressure to help users control crimp strength accurately. The pressure relief valve enables slow, safe pressure release after crimping. Internal high-seal valve structure reduces hydraulic oil leakage during long-time work.

Steel Base FrameThe whole machine is fixed on a thick blue powder-coated steel base, anti-rust and shock-resistant. Pre-reserved mounting holes allow fixing the machine on workbenches to avoid shifting during crimping. The integrated base stabilizes the whole equipment and absorbs working vibration.
